We offer a money-back guarantee for new clients only. Orders from existing clients do not qualify for this program.
We can process your refund under the following terms:
- You canceled a request within 30 days of purchasing Web hosting or Reseller hosting.
- You canceled a request within 30 days of purchasing VPS hosting, Cloud Servers, and SSL certificates.
We won’t issue money back for these purchases:
- Renewal, Transfer or Domain registration
- Software licenses
- Custom Software Installs.
Also, we won’t issue a refund if your money-back guarantee period has expired.
How do You Process Payments?
You must pay for services rendered on time and before your next billing cycle.
We generate invoices seven days before the renewal date of the services and offer a grace period of seven days after the renewal date.
If you cease to make payments within the grace period we offered, Scala Hosting will suspend your services temporarily, pending the time you pay the invoice in full.
However, if you don’t make payments in 15 days after suspension, we’ll terminate our services.
While we accept multiple payment methods such as PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfers, we cannot issue you a refund for invoices paid more than once.
This is due to:
- Multiple PayPal subscriptions, or
- Manual payments
Instead, we’ll credit your account with the overpay, which you can use for future invoices. You must pay the refunded amount in cases of chargebacks, plus a one-time $20 chargeback fee.
Affiliate Policy
While we offer varied affiliate programs that might interest you, you can only sign up for one program at a time.
Scala hosting generates a cookie for 30 days when a visitor clicks on your affiliate link. If that visitor purchases a service with us within 30 days, you’ll earn the commission applicable to that affiliate program.
However, if the visitor clicks on multiple affiliate links, only the last one counts.
